Bridget Higgins began her real estate career in March 2005. As a real estate professional, she focuses on building relationships with home buyers and home sellers in the residential arena. She has worked with numerous clients in many areas of the real estate industry giving her unparalleled insight into the vast aspects of the marketplace. Bridget has a wealth of experience in real estate sales and marketing, business planning, relationship management and negotiations. She also has an in-depth knowledge of the local market and can provide you with the information you need on home buying, home selling, financing and owning real estate in the Greater Sacramento Region. Bridget is a consistent multi-million dollar producer and has been awarded the PAAR 2007 Rookie of the Year Award and the Traders Realty 2006 Rising Star Award. She actively participates in continuing education classes, market trend seminars and networking events. Bridget is a member of numerous professional organizations including the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the California Association of Realtors (CAR) and REBAC. Bridget currently resides in Auburn, CA where she enjoys spending time with her (5) AWEsome children and (4) sweet grandchildren. She loves the Sierra Nevada Foothills and all of the beauty that it has to offer. She loves living, playing and selling in the scenic Sacramento Region.
